Amund has more than 20 years’ experience assisting a broad range of entities connected to transactions in Norway and abroad. He is active both in the market for private and public M&A transactions and has extensive experience with public to private takeovers, IPOs and other equity capital market transactions.

• Advised Piano Software (US) in the NOK 350 million public takeover of Cxense (listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange) in 2019-2020.
• Advised Norwegian Air Shuttle (listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange) in a NOK 2.5 billion capital raising in Q4 2019 including shares and convertible bonds and in a NOK 3 billion rights issue in Q1 2019.
• Advised Play Magnus (founded by Magnus Carlsen, the 4 x World Champion in Chess) in a NOK 450 million capital placement and listing at Merkur Market in 2020.
• Advised Zwipe in listing at Merkur Market, listing at Nasdaq First North and several capital raisings, totalling NOK 310 million in 2019 and 2020.
• Advised major US family house participation in investment syndicate in Fjord 1 (ferries) with a total value of NOK 880 million. X Co. in the £100 million financing project for the acquisition of 50% equity stake in Y from Z.
