Tomisin Taiwo is an associate and a member of the firm’s capital market, compliance and corporate advisory teams. She has been involved in a wide range of matters, including debt & equity capital markets, compliance and general corporate advisory.
Recent case highlights
- Acted as solicitor to the joint delegate trustees in connection with the N100 billion Series V Sukuk issuance by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
- Acted as the Joint Solicitor to the Trustee in respect of the Lagos State Government N20 billion Forward-Ijarah Series 2 Sukuk Issuance under its one trillion Naira debt and hybrid instrument issuance Programme for the development of certain identified infrastructure projects in Lagos State.
- Acted as the solicitor to the transaction in relation to the establishment of the NGN10 billion commercial paper programme by Industrial Medical Gases, and the NGN1.2 billion Series 1 issuance thereunder.
