He has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, with a special focus on public tender offers and private equity transactions. He is frequently sought after by boards of directors and senior management in high-stakes strategic transactions and stress situations as well as corporate governance matters.
Tino is one of the leading M&A practitioners in Switzerland. Chambers Global lists him in Band 1 and The Legal 500 includes him in the Hall of Fame. Clients recognize his "first-rate client attention", his "practical and commercial approach" and his "negotiation style".
Tino has been admitted as an expert to SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes.
