Simone Ehrsam is a corporate partner at Lenz & Staehelin and advises clients in all areas of Swiss business law. She is specialized in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including public takeover offers. Additional focuses of her practice are advising private equity companies in auction proceedings and advising clients in capital market transactions as well as in banking and financial market law. She is admitted as an expert to the SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes.
