Stephan Erni regularly advises clients on domestic and international transactions and on corporate and commercial matters. He specializes in real estate transactions, domestic and international M&A transactions, including public tender offers. One of the main focuses of his practice is advising private equity firms in auction processes, both buy-side and sell-side. During his practice for one of the major law firms in New York (2005/2006), he gained experience in the relevant areas in the U.S. too.
