Tanja Luginbühl is a partner specialising in restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A and private clients.She leads the Restructuring and Insolvency group from our firm’s Zurich office and has been involved in numerous national and cross-border cases, representing companies, financial institutions and creditors.Tanja regularly advises Swiss and international private clients on succession matters, international trust and estate planning, and charity law. Her experience also encompasses family office services alongside extensive expertise in aircraft lease and finance transactions.
Tanja is currently listed as a "Leading Individual" in the Legal 500 rankings and is one of the few lawyers in Switzerland featured in the IFLR1000 Women Leaders for the sixth consecutive year since 2020, which lists the leading transactional lawyers in the world. She won the Powerwomen Awards 2023 "Woman of the Year – Switzerland".

- Assisted financial institutions with regard to the restructuring of their claims against a company with worldwide activities in the packaging industry and the enforcement of a Swiss-law governed security interest
