Biography
øren Fogh has for 20 years worked in the fund formation specialist area. He has extensive experience in all aspects of fund establishment and structuring; including limited partnership agreements, carried interest schemes, shareholders agreement, management agreements and regulatory matters. He is a member of the regulatory committee of Aktive Ejere (formerly DVCA) and was awarded the DVCA award in his work for implementing the AIFM Directive in Danish law.
