Louise Celia Korpela

Louise Celia Korpela advises international and domestic clients on securities and corporate law matters, focusing primarily on capital market transactions, securities law matters and mergers & acquisitions. Louise also advises on foundation law, corporate governance, and reorganisations.

Louise advises on and assists with all aspects of preparing and holding general meetings in listed companies and investment associations, including regarding corporate governance and active ownership.

Finally, Louise has undertaken the office of chair at general meetings and has co-authored a series of articles on general meetings in listed companies with Klaus Søgaard.
