Roi Turgheman

Mr. Turgheman specializes in Corporate Finance, Securities and Capital Markets. Mr. Turgheman's practice includes public equity and debt offerings, private placements, tender bids, ongoing service and counseling services to public and private companies on matters of securities and corporate law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Turgheman worked with leading accounting firm in Israel specialized in Auditing, Due-Diligences and Post Merger Integration. After that Mr. Turgheman worked in the corporate finance department at the Israel Securities Authority which supervised on entities issuing securities to the public, whether equity or debt.

• Advised Aeronautics Ltd in a proceeding for making its IPO by a sale offer of shares held by the controlling shareholders (value of NIS 500 million), and company shares on the TASE, as well as NIS 60 million private placement.
• Advised Overseas Commerce in a proceeding for making its IPO by a sale offer of shares held by the controlling shareholders (value of NIS 182 million), as well as, issuance of company warrants on the TASE.
• Advised HAP TOWER JOURNAL SQUARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP in a proceeding for making its IPO by a sale offer of partnership units to the public in total amount of 6.8 million $.
