Biography

Nadia Davidzon, a partner and head of the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy & Project Finance practice, acts for leading local and international companies, multinational consortiums, and financiers in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, and energy projects and transactions in Israel and abroad. Nadia provides ongoing legal advice to clients with respect to all legal aspects of design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects and facilities, such as seawater desalination plants, power plants and renewable energy generation facilities, railways, tunneling, transportation, and military installations with a particular focus on highly complex International PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects (BOT/PFI) as of the tender stage and through the financial closing, and project execution, and has represented numerous successful bidders, entrepreneurs, concessionaires, EPC & O&M contractors, financing entities and others.

Nadia has continuously provided legal advice, to international consortiums, for instance, on the LRV projects in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, Nazareth-Haifa, the largest sea-water desalination projects conducted in Israel, Waste to Energy Project PFI Projects initiated by the Ministry of Defense, and others. In addition, Nadia has considerable experience in the fields of international commercial and corporate law, joint ventures, regulation, complex commercial litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. As a skilled negotiator, Ms. Davidzon has conducted multinational negotiations in numerous commercial transactions and has also provided legal counsel to various private and public entities on a wide range of complex issues in the areas of her expertise.

Nadia has been ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” in the Infrastructure category by The Legal 500. She has also been recognized as a “Highly Regarded Lawyer” for Project Development and named a Woman Leader by IFLR1000. In 2018, she was listed among the top 40 Under 40 young leaders by Globes. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, was a partner and department head at APM & Co and prior to that, a partner at Yehuda Raveh & Co. Nadia has over 16 years of experience in her practice as a lawyer.
