Biography
Daniella Ben Shalom is a partner in the Corporate Group. She represents various companies in corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, venture lending, fund formation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Daniella also provides ongoing support with corporate and commercial matters to various companies in the tech sector. She works closely with investors and founders of tech companies, both in early-stage and growth phases, guiding them through all stages of corporate development, including incorporation, fundraising, and strategic transactions.
