Peter Isler

Peter Isler uses his broad legal experience in various areas of law, in particular corporate and banking law, domestic and transnational M&A transactions, financial transactions as well as commercial arbitration.

• Since 2009 he has been acting as Swiss legal adviser to the Compensation Committee of Swiss Re.
• From 2004 to 2016 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Clariant AG, a Swiss listed corporation.
• He acted recently as Chairman of the Arbitral Tribunal which had to decide complex legal issues of a Swiss joint venture between two major industrial companies.
• He acts as arbitrator in matters of SIX Swiss Exchange.
