Alexander Göbel

Alexander Göbel’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, venture capital (both on the company as well as on the investor side) and private equity transactions. His expertise also includes corporate, commercial, contract and technology law. Alexander has particular knowledge of the technology sector and also serves as NKF’s LegalTech Officer.

• Advising Ardian on the acquisition of a majority stake in Horizon Home Care Group AG, a Swiss-based international provider of non-medical home care services operating under the brand Dovida.
• Advising Helsana Group as legal advisor on the acquisition of Adcubum AG.
• Advising Sportradar Group AG on an USD 517.5 million underwritten secondary public offering.
