Paul Luiki

Paul Luiki specializes in the full range of M&A transactions and has a specific focus on cross-border transactions, in particular in the CEE and US regions. His other fields of specialisation are contract law, banking & finance law and arbitration. Paul Luiki is also a lecturer at the University of Vienna on M&A and joint ventures.

• Advising a leading international technology company specializing in laser measurement systems on the setup of a limited auction structure for the sale of a shareholding. The mandate involves strategic sell-side preparation, including dataroom organization, antitrust analysis, and SPA drafting.
