• Advising Fröschl AG & Co KG in cartel proceedings before the Cartel Court — achieving the lowest fine of all settling parties and advising on complex follow-on issues concerning public procurement reliability and damage claims.
• Advising SORAVIA Group on the sale of a 60% majority stake in LOISIUM Wine & SPA Holding GmbH to Limestone Capital, forming a strategic partnership to expand the LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels brand in Europe.
• Advising a leading Austrian retail group on merger notification obligations related to long-term retail lease agreements at Vienna Airport.
