Biography
Olivier Stahler specializes in banking and finance law. He acts for a broad range of Swiss and foreign financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies and fund managers, as well as commodities traders and industrial groups. His work includes regulatory advice in the context of the granting of licenses for banks, securities dealers and collective investment schemes by the Swiss financial market supervisory authority. Olivier Stahler is also involved in the structuring of financial products, and in particular private equity funds and hedge funds. Further, Olivier Stahler acts for financial institutions and corporate borrowers both in domestic and international financing transactions.
