Lasse Lyng Myrup

Lasse Myrup assists Danish and international players with all aspects of M&A transactions and investments. Lasse has extensive experience in advising on transaction structure, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, shareholders' agreements and incentive programmes. Lasse furthermore assists start-ups and business angels with investments, investment structuring, etc.

Lasse also assists a wide range of clients within corporate law and general commercial law and commercial contracts.

Lasse is passionate about teaching and he is employed as a part-time lecturer at the law programme at Aarhus University in the course subject M&A transactions.
