Kristin Charisse C. Siao obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Silliman University, where she graduated cum laude in 2003. Ms. Siao is a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the CPA Licensure Exams in October 2003. She joined the Firm in 2008 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009.
Ms. Siao specializes in Taxation, providing expert advice on transactional tax issues, estate and tax structuring and planning, and other tax matters.
She also specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law and has actively participated in mergers and acquisition transactions spanning a wide variety of industries, such as power and energy, insurance, retail trade, telecommunications, mining, water utilities, health care, among others.
