José Visoso

José´s professional practice focuses on M&A, financings and real estate projects. He has acted as legal advisor to institutional investors as well as local and international corporations in complex acquisitions. He also advises financial institutions in their lending activities Mexico. Mr. Visoso has also participated in key commercial, residential and hospitality real estate projects. Prior to his incorporation to Galicia Abogados in 1995 he worked as foreign associate in Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York and Washington, D.C. José is member of the board of directors of various institutions and companies in Mexico. He graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and studied an LLM in Georgetown University where he also obtained a degree in Business administration.
