Jacinto is a senior associate in our Finance and Real estate practices.
In his finance practice, Jacinto represents lenders and borrowers on a variety of debt financing, including syndicated lending, project finance, real estate development financing, and cross-border financing.
He also advises issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions. His experience includes assisting clients in initial public offerings of Macau interests on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, as well as in bond issuances and listings with the Macau Central Securities Depository and Clearing Limited (MCSD), the Chongwa Financial Asset Exchange (MOX) and the other relevant Stock Exchanges.
In his real estate practice, Jacinto advises private investors, developers, and investment funds on a broad range of matters with a focus on the acquisition, leasing, development, and management of commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
Jacinto’s experience also includes advising on real estate construction and urban planning.
