Isy Isaac Sakkal

Isy Isaac Sakkal is a counsel in the Banking and Finance department of Lenz & Staehelin Geneva. He advises financial institutions including banks,b fund managers and insurance companies in corporate and contractual matters, as well as in the context of the granting of licences and enforcement proceedings by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. Isy also assists lenders and borrowers in financing transactions (including those involving syndicated financing, acquisition finance and project finance).
