Idan Lidor’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, corporate law, commercial transactions, and securities law. He has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments and sophisticated commercial agreements and his clients include a wide variety of public and private companies and investment funds.

• Represented Gigya Inc. in its acquisition by SAP for $350 million;
• Represented FIMI Private Equity Fund, Israel's leading private equity fund, in its recent investments in Galam Ltd., Oxygen and Argon Works Ltd., Orbit Technologies Ltd. and SOS Energy Express Ltd;
• Represented Aeronautics Ltd. in its Initial Public Offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, one of the largest in Israel in recent years at a value of US $279 million;
• Represents Arbel Fund Limtied Partnership in raising approx. NIS 700 million for a private investment firm, with hopes reaching NIS 1.2 billion;
• Represented Red Dot Capital Partners since the inception of the investment fund for growth-stage tech companies funded by the Singapore government-owned investment company and has since represented the fund in all of its investment rounds, totalling approximately US $150million;
• Represented Magal Security Systems in its heavily over-subscribed global NASADQ rights offering, in which it raised US $25 million.
