Ho Thuy Ngoc Tram is a Partner at Frasers Law Company, based in Ho Chi Minh City. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate and M&A, renewable energy, infrastructure, banking and finance, and project finance.

Tram regularly advises on large, complex, and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including billion-dollar renewable energy financing projects. Her clients include leading companies across energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, FMCG, and services sectors. She is recognised for handling sophisticated legal issues and negotiations in both transactional and contentious matters.

Her professional background includes working with a major commercial bank in Ho Chi Minh City, where she focused on cross-border banking transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law, Ho Chi Minh City, and a Master of Commercial Laws from Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, where she was awarded the prestigious Endeavour Postgraduate Award by the Australian Government.
