Duong Thi Mai Huong is a Partner at Frasers Law Company, based in Ho Chi Minh City. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance, real estate and construction, and international trade.
Huong has extensive experience in corporate investment, restructuring, venture capital, and insurance. Her practice covers legal due diligence, contract negotiation, transaction structuring, and regulatory advice. She regularly acts on complex M&A transactions and cross-border commercial matters, and is recognised for combining legal insight with practical, business-focused strategies.
