Guillermo Pérez Santiago

Guillermo´s professional practice is mainly focused in capital markets, banking and finance and M&A. He has participated in securities issuances and financings for Alestra, Arca Continental, CEMEX, Coca-Cola FEMSA, FIRA, Grupo Bimbo, Puerto de Liverpool, Petrotemex and Tenedora Nemak, representing issuers and banks including, among others, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bank of Tokyo, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JP Morgan and Mitsubishi. Prior to his incorporation to Galicia Abogados in 2014, he was a partner at Ritch Mueller (presently Ritch Mueller Heather y Nicolau, S.C.) and was also partner at Raz Guzmán, S.C. Guillermo has been member of the board of directors of various financial institutions in Mexico. As part of his pro bono efforts, he represents Alondra de la Parra in her cultural and music related activities. He graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and holds a master of law degree from Duke University.
