Biography
Folake co-heads the firm's private equity, corporate and oil and gas teams. She advises private equity houses, consortia of financial investors and conglomerates on diverse transactions and matters across a variety of industries. Folake is co-chair of AVCA’s legal and regulatory committee and represents the firm on EMPEA’s legal and regulatory council, and PEVCA.

- Advised Daimler AG in connection with its equity investment in Taxify, a ride hailing app with operations in Nigeria
- Advised Leapfrog on its acquisition, through ARM Asset Management Holdings Limited, secondary shares in ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited.
- Advised African Capital Alliance fund (“CAPE”) in respect of the sale of its shares in Wakanow to Three R Tourism and Hospitality Holdings Limited.
- Advised HSBC in connection with a US$50,000,000 (fifty million United States Dollars) loan to Airtel Networks Limited and Bharti Airtel International.
