Biography
Eugenio's professional practice focuses in financial restructuring and insolvency, M&A and corporate financing. He has recently participated in various financial restructuring transactions in the housing, mortgage origination, government procurement and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he has recently participated in M&A transactions in various industrial and commercial sectors, as well as the financing of state and municipal infrastructure.
Prior to joining Galicia Abogados in 2013, he worked at White & Case and Heather & Heather.
He studied law at Universidad Panamericana and holds an MBA from Boston University.
