Biography
Comfort is a Senior Associate and team lead of the Firm’s mergers, acquisitions and private equity team. She has significant experience advising local and international clients on M&A, corporate and regulatory matters and corporate restructurings. She also advises a broad range of private equity investors on domestic and cross-border transactions.

- Advised FrieslandCampina WAMCO Plc on its acquisition of the dairy manufacturing business and associated assets of Nutricima Limited
- Advised on the merger of Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc and Obu Cement Limited into BUA Cement Plc
- Advised Celplas Industries Limited of its divestment of its pen manufacturing business to BIC S.A
- Advised Actis on its acquisition of majority stake in Rack Centre Limited
