Charlotte undertakes a broad range of corporate and commercial work. Her practice focuses on domestic and international M&A transactions and corporate finance, including the establishment of joint ventures, private equity transactions, structured sales processes and equity financing.
In addition to M&A and corporate finance, Charlotte is an expert advising clients on corporate and foundation law matters, corporate governance as well as in matters of a general commercial law nature. Her expertise encompasses company formation, corporate organisation, governance and liability, shareholders' agreements, incentive schemes and corporate restructurings.
Charlotte has particular expertise within the financial services and energy & utilities sectors.
