Bernardo Martínez-Negrete

Bernardo´s professional practice is focused mainly in project finance, health care and M&A. In the infrastructure arena he has advised financial institutions and developers in the construction and financing of numerous projects, such as highways, tunnels, aqueducts, water treatment plants, government facilities and other major projects through concessions and public-private partnership schemes. In the health care industry, Bernardo actively advises pharmaceutical companies in regulatory matters, M&A transactions and antitrust aspects related to vaccination projects, supply, distribution and development of medicines. In year 2001 he worked as international associate in Sherman & Sterling, LLP in New York. Bernardo also advises in a pro bono basis various health related associations. Bernardo graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
