Andreea is a law expert with 19 years of experience in M&A, Banking & Finance, Projects and Infrastructure. 

She has advised on a wide range of financing transactions, including corporate lending, acquisition, real estate and project finance. 

She has advised IFIs, commercial banks, financial institutions and multinationals on debt and equity deals in Romania and assisted clients with their preparations for transactions, listings and other operations on the capital market.

• Advising Lactalis, the world's leading dairy company, on the acquisition of  Albalact (this was the first significant voluntary takeover bid carried out on the Bucharest Stock Exchange
• Advising the International Finance Corporation in connection with the initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange of Purcari Wineries.
