Andrea Sieber

Andrea Sieber specialises in national and cross-border M&A, private equity and capital market transactions as well as national and international company reorganisations. She also advises clients on collective investment schemes, corporate governance, listing rules and general corporate law. Andrea Sieber has been on the board of a Swiss listed company since 2016 and is the president of the supervisory board of a German company, since 2011.

• Representing Meyer Burger Switzerland AG and its foreign affiliates with regard to the carve-out of the wafering business and the corresponding sale of the wafering business to Precision Surfacing Solutions and its local affiliates in the course of a share and asset sale transaction
• Representing Peter and Patrick Schaumlechner with regard to the sale of a majority interest in Impuls Media Group AG and its subsidiaries, active in the film marketing business, to CH Media Holding AG by way of a share purchase transaction
• Representation of Calida Holding AG in its strategic acquisition of Reich Online Services GmbH, Germany, from a private individual. The target company is active in the online distribution of underwear and nightwear
