Wolfgang Müller

Wolfgang Müller focuses on real estate as well as on capital markets and M&A transactions. He heads the firm’s real estate team. Wolfgang Müller joined Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Ltd. (MLL) in 1997 after having successfully completed his MBA at the Australian School of Business in Sydney, Australia and the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor, USA. 

• Advising Sunrise Communications Group Ltd. with respect to real estate in the signing of a binding agreement to acquire UPC Switzerland GmbH for an enterprise value of CHF 6.3 billion
• Advising Allianz Suisse regarding the acquisition of the development project "Weltpostpark" concerning 179 apartments in Berne.
• Advising a major Swiss bank and several of its managed vehicles in an asset swap with a big Swiss listed real estate company involving several Swiss real properties and an aggregate deal value exceeding CHF 400 million.
