Samuel Ljubicic practices corporate law and M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and real estate law. He regularly advises clients on national and cross-border M&A and finance transactions, debt securities and equity investments as well as transfers of credit risks. Furthermore, he has significant experience in real estate transactions and property development.

• Advised a lender granting several facilities to a subsidiary of a Luxembourg fund (secured by unfunded commitments in the fund and its feeder fund), such financing to be used by the borrower, inter alia, to bridge finance acquisitions 
• Advised a major Swiss bank regarding of a new sub-participation model documentation to improve its capital ratios (with respect to its risk weighted assets leverage ratio and to its) 
• Advised DK Company A/S in acquiring part of the business of its former exclusive distributor and retail shop operator in Switzerland, which was subject to bankruptcy proceedings
