Biography
Andrea is an experienced lawyer within the aviation sector and advises airlines, financial institutions, and leasing companies on all types of aviation and finance matters, including aircraft financing, sale-leaseback arrangements, sale and purchase of aircraft, bank loans and leasing.
Andrea also specialises on financial services regulatory legislation and advises on matters pertaining to financial services and the Norwegian implementation of EU rules and regulations. Further, she assists clients with high yield bonds and other capital markets instruments. Her expertise also covers convertible loans and other forms of debt financing.
