Anders Ørjan Jensen

Anders Ørjan Jensen is co-head of the firm's Corporate M&A and Capital Markets group and advises international and domestic clients on securities and corporate law matters, focusing primarily on capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions and securities law advice. Anders also advises on corporate governance matters, management incentive programs and corporate reorganizations.
