Anders Söderlind

Anders Söderlind has worked with M&A and venture capital since the late 1990s.

He is heading Setterwalls' Corporate and M&A practice group. In his day-to-day work he represents buyers and sellers of Swedish companies and businesses. He represents both domestic and foreign strategic and financial investors. He also on a regular basis assists venture capitalist investors and investment assets in relation to investments in developing companies. As a member of our corporate law team, Anders of course also advice on general corporate law.
