I have a longstanding practice of 25 years in infrastructure and energy, with a focus on renewables and on challenges in a volatile energy market. As a consequence of my experience, I have had the pleasure of leading, and working with, important and innovative transactions within the area of renewables and conventional energy.
My practice includes daily work with electrification and energy transition matters. The projects I work with are part of strong trends which will drive the evolution of the energy system for years to come. Commitments to meet decarbonisation under the Paris Agreement have remained strong despite pandemics and invasions, and investors’ appetites for energy transition assets is as high as ever. Numerous challenges are yet to be handled within the sector, and I feel proud and fortunate to frequently be invited to advise in projects that are crucial to future energy sourcing.
My experience includes providing advice for implementation of multiple major projects in the Swedish and Pan-Nordic wind, hydro, hydrogen and solar space, power purchase/energy supply agreements, connection agreements, energy storage, transmission and peak load management regimes, pipelines, lifetime extensions and repowering in order to best exploit existing assets.
I have had the pleasure of advising large investment funds, banks, developers, suppliers, off-takers- and board-led authorities such as the Swedish Ministry of Finance and the Swedish National Property Board. I have also advised the European Fund for Energy, Climate Change and Infrastructure, with the backing of six major European public financial institutions, and the European Commission.
