Biography

Anat Igner is a partner in the Corporate Group of Naschitz Brandes Amir. She represents various companies in corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the tech sector. She works closely with founders of tech companies in both the early-stage and growth phases, supporting them in all stages, including incorporation, fundraising, and strategic transactions. Additionally, Anat represents various venture capital funds in their investments in Israeli tech companies.

Anat is also actively involved with accelerator programs like 8200 for Startups by EISP and Impact, where she provides personalized guidance and advice on a wide range of legal matters.

From 2008 to 2009, Anat worked as a foreign associate at Davis Polk, New York, where she specialized in M&A transactions.
