Highlights  

The firm advised Bergman Clinics Group on the acquisition of the assets of CSA Group out of bankruptcy. CSA Group is a specialist provider of sterilisation services, and the transaction supported the continuation of a critical healthcare supply chain business following its insolvency

The firm advised Vopak and other investors, including Dow, on the financing of pioneering plastic recycling and CO₂ storage projects in the Port of Rotterdam. The first-of-their-kind developments required innovative project financing structures and complex contractual and security arrangements, highlighting the team's expertise in energy transition, sustainable infrastructure and cutting-edge industrial projects.
