Highlights 

The firm advised the shareholders of Bonarius Vastgoed on the sale of the company to Sureserve Group, marking Sureserve’s first international expansion and entry into the Dutch market. Bonarius is a leading provider of heating and installation services to the Dutch social housing sector, maintaining approximately 270,000 heating systems nationwide.


The firm advised Serra Holding on its investment in CUTISS AG, a Swiss biotech company developing denovoSkin, a personalised bioengineered skin graft for patients with severe skin defects, including burns. The investment supports CUTISS’s ongoing Phase 3 clinical development programme and follows substantial Series C funding.
