In M&A, the firm has advised Qvantel on the Ukrainian aspects of its acquisition of part of Ericsson’s business and the related strategic services agreement with VEON. The mandate included corporate structuring, regulatory and employment matters, the transfer of more than 100 employees, and support for Qvantel’s expanded role in delivering telecommunications services to operators serving over 130 million customers.


In project development, the firm advised Notus Energy on the development of the 120MW Libental wind farm in Ukraine, forming the first phase of a planned 300MW renewable energy project in the Odesa region. The firm provides comprehensive legal support across project development, construction, regulatory compliance, commercial contracting and financing workstreams, supporting one of Ukraine’s most significant wind energy developments.
