International offshore law firm Harneys was founded in BVI in 1960. It now has eight physical offices in Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, London, Cyprus, Cayman Islands and BVI. The Tortola office in BVI is one of the largest law firms in the country.
