Established in 2013 as a spin-off from Ashurst, Giovannelli e Associati is an independent firm based in Milan. It employs 48 lawyers, including 16 partners.  The firm’s practice includes focus on M&A, restructuring, private equity, corporate finance, tax and capital markets.

Highlights

Giovannelli e Associati advised White Bridge Investments III on the financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Vida S.r.l. The transaction closed in April 2024.

The firm also advised Animalia on the majority investment by the investment company Charme Capital Partners. The investment was made through a capital increase that will allow Animalia to accelerate its consolidation and growth plans. The deal closed in July 2024.
