Bureau Plattner advised Knauf di Knauf on the acquisition of an Srl. The firm advised Knauf throughout the acquisition process on the legal, financial, and operational aspects of the deal. This included conducting due diligence, facilitating communication and negotiation with the target company, and providing ongoing support post-transaction. The deal closed in April 2024.

The firm also assisted RHI Magnesita throughout the acquisition of Terzi Refrattari. The firm’s role included providing guidance through the due diligence process and facilitating the transition phase. The deal closed in June 2024.
