The firm handled the M&A aspects and secured clearance from the Philippine Competition Commission for this major transaction involving the country's leading bottler and a globally iconic brand.  

In another standout mandate, the firm advised on an over US$1 billion LNG infrastructure project, developing the Philippines' first offshore natural gas terminal. This pioneering mandate, involving both onshore facilities and a floating storage regasification unit, required a comprehensive understanding of multiple Philippine legal disciplines to bring the nation's first-of-its-kind energy solution to fruition.
