Acted for Oui Gruppe in a claim in excess of €30 million ($34 million) against a Hong Kong company for the provision of masks ultimately purchased by the German Federal Government. 

Represented Guardian Properties Management in a commercial dispute with the incorporated owners of a housing estate. This is one of the largest fraud cases in property management in Hong Kong and was widely reported in the news.

Advised Canadian Solar, which is part of the group of one of the world's largest solar technology and renewable energy companies listed in Canada, on the relocation of its senior management employee from the Canadian company to the affiliated Hong Kong company. 

Work highlights 

Acted for an individual corporate creditor who initiated winding-up proceedings against one of the largest property development companies. The matter is significant in the sense that it highlights complicated insolvency and restructuring matters, which often require input from a financial analysis angle. 

Advised a group of creditors in pursuing a bankruptcy order against an individual known as Leung Joseph Joe Wai, who defaulted on various loans advanced by the creditors.
