Horten has added two new partners to its restructuring and insolvency practice in Aarhus.
Jan Bech and Nicolai Thornemann join the firm from DLA Piper, where they worked on matters regarding insolvency law, the restructuring of enterprises, arrangements with creditors and bankruptcy proceedings.
The arrivals follow the launch of a new office for Horten in Aarhus during July 2018 as a part of its growth strategy across Denmark.
