Paul Hastings has announced the addition of partner Joyce Xu to the firm's New York office.
Xu - now a member of Paul Hastings' securities and capital markets practice - specialises in derivatives deals.
Her derivatives expertise has earned her recognition as a 'Notable Practitioner' from IFLR1000.
Xu was previously the head of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett's derivaitves practice.
