Vivian Maese joins from Latham & Watkins where she was a partner and co-chair of the firm’s financial institutions and fintech industry sector groups.
Maese focuses on technology transactions in the financial services industry, advising financial institutions and companies on a range of matters including technology.
Before entering private practice, Maese spent more than 20 years at Salomon Brothers and Citigroup advising on transactions and technology initiatives.
